Spending
Add a wallet and the same tools lease a machine, run your work on it, and release it. Two ceilings bound it, and both are yours to set.

Spend is recorded before the money moves, so a restart does not hand back a fresh day's allowance. Every tool that can spend asks before each call. Fund a dedicated wallet with what you are willing to lose: that balance is the only limit that survives a bug anywhere else.
